  12. 1) Added ability to increment a date by a day, week, month, or year by 
  13.      pressing +/- and PgUp/PgDn keys:
  14.      +      increase by a day        CTRL PgUp  increase by a month
  15.      -      decrease by a day        CTRL PgDn  decrease by a month
  16.      CTRL + increase by a week       ALT  PgUp  increase by a year
  17.      CTRL - decrease by a week       ALT  PgDn  decrease by a year
  18.    Also, pressing the space bar will blank out the date.

  24. 1) Fixed File Maintenance problem that would occur if there were 0 records
  25.    in the Master or Gifts databases.
  26. 2) Removed requirement that a State code be entered for every address.

  29. 4) Added ability to specify your printer port (LPT1-3, COM1-3) or to print
  30.    to a text file on disk.
  31. 5) Made Insert (rather than OverWrite) the default mode whenever editing
  32.    notes or form letter text.

  36. 1) Fixed an importing problem (if the right-most (last) field was a
  37.    character type field that contained numbers, it would be mis-read).
  38. 2) Added ability to restore default colors (do so by ESCaping from the
  39.    Colors screen in the Customization menu).
  40. 3) Moving the program from one directory to another would cause it to
  41.    lose about 40 days from the evaluation period.  Fixed.
  42. 4) Fixed an error that would occur when first printing labels.

  46. 1) Added Exporting - ability to export all or a portion of your list.
  47. 2) Added GIFTLIST() merge function: end of year listing of donations
  48. 3) Expanded the ability to turn Hint Lines and other automated help screens
  49.    on/off through Customization Menu.
  50. 4) Removed the need to include parentheses after a merge function, unless 
  51.    you're putting something inside the parentheses.  So, \\GIFTAMT\\ now
  52.    works the same as \\GIFTAMT()\\.
  53. 5) Changed the non-registered version: returned the F4 calculator and the
  54.    ability to change colors; printing is now disabled after the evaluation
  55.    period has expired.
  56. 6) Printing: Names Listing - Choice F.  Now a choice to print 1 page/donor,
  57.    or as much as will fit on a page
  58. 7) Printing, Exporting:  Sort Orders now include Amount Given, either for
  59.    "This Year" or for All Time.  Makes it handy to list your big donors.
  60. 8) Deposit, Donation Report: You can now limit the report to contributions 
  61.    with a particular Source code.
  62. 9) File Maintenance:  added automatic integrity checking of databases, and
  63.    automatic correction of most problems.  The few that can be corrected
  64.    by FundRaiser are detailed so you can handle it yourself.
  65. 10) Customization:  Recalculate Giving Totals was added.  If a database
  66.     error is detected, you may be instructed by the program to run this. 
  67.     Also, it won't hurt to run it whenever you suspect the totals are wrong.
  68. 11) Minor fixes/changes:
  69.     - Names Screen search by Account Number did not work
  70.     - Names Screen search - picklist for State and Category Code did not 
  71.       work properly
  72.     - Changed $0.00 contributions, so that they do not count as the "Last
  73.       Gift" as displayed in the Names Screen
  74.     - Names Listing #1 would double-space on some printers.

  116. NOTE:   This version now requires a FILES=22 (or greater) statement in your
  117.       CONFIG.SYS file.  It previously required 21.  FRB will offer to take
  118.       care of this for you.
  119.         This version also modifies the file format of the MASTER database.
  120.       This is done automatically for you when you first enter the Names
  121.       Screen.  Please be aware that two copies of the MASTER database will
  122.       temporary exist as the changes are being made.  This will require a 
  123.       little extra hard disk space.  Unless your hard disk is extremely 
  124.       full, this will not be a problem.
  125. 1) Added the Import section in which you can import existing mailing lists.
  126.    dBase III and ASCII comma delimited files are supported.
  127. 2) Added Year-to-Date totals to the Names Screen, and added this field as a
  128.    Report Criteria.  You define the YTD dates in the Customization section.
  129. 3) Added a Donation Report, which is virtually identical to the Deposit
  130.    Report, but is based on the date of contribution rather than the date 
  131.    of entry.
  132. 4) Fixed the Deposit Report, which was disregarding the ending date.
  133. 5) Added printer codes specific to the Hewlett Packard LaserJet 4 family.
  134. 6) Changed the default colors.
  135. 7) Introduced FRBMERGE as the first FundRaiser Basic Addon.  This program 
  136.    lets two users of FundRaiser Basic merge their data together into one 
  137.    list, checking for possible duplicates as it merges.  See ADDONS.DOC.

  141. 1) When printing appeal letter (Printing menu choice A), the wrong letter
  142.    would be printed if you typed the letter code instead of selecting from 
  143.    the pick list.
  144. 2) Steps were taken to make it impossible for FRB to assign a duplicate
  145.    account number.  This had only been possible if names were imported
  146.    using another program.
